About the Role: Leasing Specialist
Looking for leasing jobs or a career in property management? As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in resident satisfaction and retention. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love customer service and community engagement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing Activities
- Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and close leases
- Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure Fair Housing compliance
- Coordinate apartment readiness and move‑ins
Resident Retention
- Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with resident appreciation and retention events
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred
- Affordable housing experience is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed)
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, email
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with Yardi or RealPage property management software preferred

Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8‑hour shifts; Saturdays as needed
