Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location:
Big Lake, MN (100% Onsite role, daily onsite presence required).

We’re working with a growing manufacturing company in Big Lake, MN that needs a hands-on
Accounts Receivable Specialist
to jump in quickly and help stabilize AR operations.
What you’ll be working on
Full-cycle AR including cash applications, deductions, and aging reports
Cleaning up and managing the aged receivables ledger
Supporting parts and warranty-related receivables
Working within a dealer-based sales and financing model
Reconciling incentives and payments tied to third-party financing
Using Epicor for AR processing and reporting
What they’re looking for
Strong AR background with full-cycle experience
Epicor experience is highly preferred (open to strong ERP users who ramp quickly)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, on-site manufacturing environment
Able to jump in with minimal hand-holding
Nice to have
Manufacturing or dealer-network experience
Strong deductions management
Willingness to flex into light analytical work if needed
