Lease Administrator (Hybrid)

Base Pay Range $80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Overview Looking for a detail-driven Lease Administrator to join our team and play a key role in maintaining accurate lease data, supporting portfolio operations, and ensuring every detail of the lease process runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with property management, accounting, and legal teams to keep everything on track and up to date. This is a hybrid role, where you would work remote on Fridays.
Responsibilities
Assist with reviewing and interpreting commercial tenant leases, amendments, and related documents
Abstract key lease terms (rent, escalations, CAM, utilities, options, reimbursements) into Yardi
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data within Yardi, ensuring alignment with executed lease documents
Support lease audits and respond to internal and external data requests
Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges
Prepare and post basic journal entries related to CAM, utilities, and lease billings
Maintain organized electronic lease files and supporting documentation
Support special projects and reporting as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, property accounting, or a related role
Experience with Yardi strongly preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
