Maintain Accurate Books: Manage full‑cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and month‑end close processes with flawless accuracy.
System & Process Champion: Utilize and help optimize accounting software (QuickBooks).
Qualifications & Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience), 3–7 years of hands‑on bookkeeping experience, and strong proficiency with accounting software and Excel. You thrive on accuracy, confidentiality, and steady pace in a professional, established environment.
