Overview Of The Accountant Role
Perform cost analysis and analyze purchase price variances.
Maintain general ledger accounts; prepare accurate journal entries.
Reconcile accounts payable and freight expenses; complete account reconciliations.
Support month‑end close with timely reconciliations and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications For The Accountant Role
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
3+ years of accounting experience (cost accounting preferred).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with a major ERP.
Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and creative problem‑solver with strong communication skills across all levels.
