Three Dog Brands, LLC dba Three Dog Bakery, started as the original bakery for dogs and a pioneer in the premium dog treat industry. Since 1989, they have been manufacturing and distributing wholesome drool‑worthy dog treats to food/drug mass retailers, Pet Specialty and e‑commerce retailers like Amazon and Chewy and online customers in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Equipment Maintenance and Repair: Conduct preventive maintenance and timely repairs on machinery, motors, conveyor systems, and electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Problem Diagnosis: Identify mechanical and electrical issues by observing equipment in operation, using precision measuring tools and diagnostic equipment, and referencing technical documentation.
Parts Replacement and Fabrication: Remove, replace, and fabricate defective parts using appropriate tools and machine shop equipment to maintain equipment functionality.
Downtime Management: Reduce production downtime by providing clear maintenance guidance to production workers and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance techniques.
Inventory Oversight: Manage parts and supplies inventory by monitoring usage, placing orders, and verifying receipt of materials.
Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including 3‑phase circuits up to 480V, VFDs, solenoids, and field devices.
Documentation: Accurately record maintenance activities, time spent, and equipment conditions to ensure continuity and compliance.
Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness.
PRIMARY TASKS AND DUTIES

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Minimum Knowledge and Skills Required
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
Preferred or Desired Qualifications
Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field.
ARC Flash Training certification.
Familiarity with Lean/WCM principles and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, VFDs, and motor controls.
Hands‑on experience with rigid conduit bending, and diagnostic equipment, such as megger meters and thermal imagers.
