We are seeking a skilled
Maintenance Technician
with a strong background in
industrial maintenance
to join our team. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment such as conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and automation systems. Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they lead to downtime. Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to guide repairs and maintenance. Utilize diagnostic tools (multimeters, vibration analyzers, thermal imagers, etc.) for problem-solving. Support production teams by responding quickly to breakdowns and minimizing downtime. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and company standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment reliability and efficiency. Operate fork trucks, boom lifts, and telescoping booms for repairs. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance preferred. 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facilities setting. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Fabrication and welding. Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment (preferred but not required). Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. Understanding of safety protocols, LOTO procedures, and OSHA standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments. Comfortable working in hot, cold, or noisy conditions as required. Able to climb ladders, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. What We Offer
