Demonstrated ability to foster positive employee relations, manage conflict, and support a diverse workforce. Experience collaborating with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with production goals and safety culture. Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Proficiency in Spanish or other languages common in the local manufacturing workforce. Previous experience in a unionized manufacturing environment, including labor relations. Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing plant operations and production processes.
