Salary Range:

$84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.

Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws and manufacturing standards.

Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, quality, and skill development for factory personnel.

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance within the manufacturing sector.

Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and corrective action plans.

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations (OSHA) and other relevant labor laws.

Recommended Qualifications

Experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Proven track record in labor relations, including experience with union environments or managing a non-union production workforce.

Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and OSHA regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.

Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee development, and retention for production and skilled trades roles.

Ability to strategically partner with operations leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with labor relations and collective bargaining agreements.

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application to HR processes.

Certification in OSHA 30-hour General Industry or similar manufacturing‑specific safety training.

Experience developing and managing apprenticeship or skilled trades training programs.
