We’re working with a well‑established construction firm that’s adding an
HR Generalist
to support their growing operations. This role plays a key part in keeping day‑to‑day HR running smoothly while supporting both field and office employees.
This is a great opportunity for someone with
1–3 years of HR experience
who wants hands‑on responsibility, exposure to the full HR lifecycle, and room to grow within a stable construction organization.
Salary range:
$68,000–$70,000 , depending on experience

Responsibilities
Support full‑cycle recruiting for both field and office roles
Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding
Assist with benefits administration and employee enrollment questions
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Act as a go‑to resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and procedures
Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of HR experience , ideally in construction or a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with employees at all levels
Seniority level: Associate
