This Talent Acquisition role involves strategically sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet Thrive Freeze Dry’s long-term goals, managing the entire hiring lifecycle and ensuring new hires fit the company culture and strategic needs. Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, internal teams, applicants, and past employees. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software. Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices. Effective problem‑solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process. Ability to work varied shifts occasionally due to business needs. Other tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of experience in recruiting or in an HR supporting role. Bi‑Lingual, Spanish/English. Understanding of employment laws, compliance, and regulations. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for both employees and external parties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), applicant tracking systems, and professional networking sites. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent). Experience with recruitment in a manufacturing environment. Experience in a fast‑paced environment. Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques. Experience with ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology. Physical Requirements
Consistent and reliable attendance. Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and frequent fine finger dexterity. Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. The job is performed under occasional temperature variations and in a food manufacturing production environment. Unrestricted visual and audio abilities are required for the safety of all employees. The ability to lift to 40 lbs. is required. Other Information
