12 Months (Potential extension/FTE) About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Talent Acquisition Administrative Coordinator

to provide administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in the NYC office for training, in-person interviews, and meetings as requested. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and excels at managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the recruitment lifecycle Create and manage requisitions in the applicant tracking system as needed Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, confirmations, and calendar management across multiple time zones Greet candidates onsite and ensure a smooth interview experience for both in-person and virtual interviews Prepare interview materials, including candidate resumes and related documentation Maintain timely and professional communication with internal stakeholders, candidates, and interview teams regarding interview status and next steps Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Specialists to support hiring activities and understand broader HR processes Qualifications & Experience

3–5 years of experience in HR or recruiting within a large corporate environment Relevant work experience or equivalent certification Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Demonstrated customer focus and results-driven mindset Experience managing calendars and scheduling across multiple time zones High level of confidence with the ability to instill confidence in others Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with HR systems (Applicant Tracking Systems) Advanced knowledge of

Microsoft Office Suite Experience with video conferencing platforms such as
