We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with progressive Human Resources expertise to join our team. This role is essential in supporting a wide range of HR functions and requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR best practices. The HR Generalist will play a key role in advancing organizational goals and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership on cross-functional projects and process improvement initiatives.
Develop, implement, and maintain company policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Provide guidance on performance management processes, including documentation, feedback tools, and process adherence.
Analyze HR data and prepare reports to identify trends in turnover, engagement, and employee relations; recommend solutions or improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations.
Maintain and update HRIS system and other HR Software Platforms for accurate employee records and data integrity.
Administer HR programs such as unemployment, onboarding, leave of absence, and workers’ compensation in a timely, efficient manner.
Coordinate and facilitate HR-related training sessions for employees and managers. Serve as an HR contact for assigned departments, providing consistent and accurate guidance on HR policies and best practices.

Qualifications Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-3 years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Specialist, or HR Generalist.
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
