Overview Are you a highly skilled, strategic Senior IT Recruiter ready to drive the future of talent acquisition? We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract and hire the top-tier technical talent needed to achieve our organizational goals.

Main Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy

Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates

Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals

Mentor and guide junior recruiters, providing support and training as needed

Advanced Recruitment Activities

Develop and update complex job descriptions and job specifications for senior and specialized roles

Perform comprehensive job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

Prepare sophisticated recruitment materials and post jobs to high-traffic and niche job sites

Candidate Sourcing and Screening

Source and recruit candidates using advanced techniques, including headhunting, networking, and utilizing specialized databases and social media platforms

Screen candidates' resumes and job applications with a focus on technical and cultural fit

Interviewing and Selection

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to efficiently filter candidates within scheduled timeframes

Assess applicants' advanced knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to ensure the best fit for the organization

Best Practices and Reporting

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices, continuously improving recruitment processes

Provide detailed, analytical, and well-documented recruiting reports to senior management

Act as a key point of contact and build influential candidate relationships throughout the selection process

Reputation and Engagement

Promote the company's reputation as the "best place to work" through various recruitment and employer branding initiatives

Engage in talent mapping and pipeline development for future hiring needs

Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, universities, and recruitment agencies

Collaboration and Compliance

Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process

Technology and Tools

Leverage advanced recruiting tools and software to streamline and enhance the recruitment process

Stay updated with the latest recruitment technologies and trends to implement innovative hiring solutions

Research and use AI tools for workflow optimization

Expected Outcomes

Deliver a seamless and efficient recruitment process for IT roles, especially senior and specialized positions

Ensure high-quality candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment documentation and reports

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs

Uphold and promote Omilia's employer brand and values throughout the recruitment process

Mentor and develop junior recruitment staff

Requirements

5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on IT roles

Proven track record in multicultural recruitment, demonstrating the ability to effectively source and hire candidates from diverse backgrounds

Extensive experience in executing a full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding

Demonstrated success in filling senior and specialized IT positions

Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies

Expertise in conducting detailed and rigorous interviews, utilizing a variety of selection tools and techniques to assess candidates' technical skills, soft skills, and cultural fit

Experience in providing detailed and analytical recruiting reports to senior management

Advanced experience with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other technology tools that streamline the recruitment process
