Job Summary

The Senior Recruiter is a strategic partner responsible for managing complex, global recruitment initiatives and delivering top talent for critical roles across multiple regions. This role leads full‑cycle recruiting for senior‑level and hard‑to‑fill positions, builds strong talent pipelines, and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience. The Senior Recruiter collaborates with HR Business Partners and hiring leaders worldwide to ensure alignment with business objectives and global compliance standards. Key Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level and specialized roles. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high‑quality talent. Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and future talent needs. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical roles across regions. Leverage global recruitment tools and propose new technologies to optimize sourcing. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing market insights and consultative guidance. Maintain consistent, proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Lead global initiatives such as internship programs, diversity hiring strategies, and employer branding campaigns. Ensure job postings meet quality standards and reflect global compliance requirements. Track and report on key recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to improve processes and candidate experience. Ensure adherence to global labor laws and company policies and champion diversity and inclusion in all recruitment strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5–7 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, including global exposure. Proven success recruiting for senior‑level and hard‑to‑fill roles. Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and ATS systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Core Competencies
