The IT Developer / Data Analyst - will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions and data processes to support internal IT projects and improve operational efficiency across various departments. This mid-level position focuses on software development, data engineering, and implementing robust security practices to ensure compliance and protect organizational data. ***EXEMPT POSITION-PAY DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE*** Data Engineering & Integration

Design and maintain scalable data pipelines using modern ETL/ELT tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt, Airflow). Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes for structured and unstructured data. Business Intelligence & Visualization

Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. Enable self-service BI capabilities for business stakeholders. Advanced Analytics & AI

Create predictive models and machine learning algorithms for business insights. Collaborate on MLOps practices for deploying and monitoring models. Cloud & Modern Architecture

Work with cloud-native platforms (Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake). Implement CI/CD pipelines for data workflows and analytics solutions. Data Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and internal governance standards. Maintain and create architectural, workflow, and process documentation. Collaboration & Agile Delivery

Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning. In conjunction with the IT Business Analyst, maintain and improve existing systems and processes to enhance performance and security. General Service Delivery

Maintaining knowledge of database management system (DBMS) applications like, MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc. Provide Helpdesk Support and Problem/Incident Resolution for critical business services. Provide 24×7 support for critical production services. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant Certifications (e.g., CBIP, Tableau Certified Data Analyst, Google Business Intelligence Professional, QlikView Business Analyst) are a plus. Required Certification – MS Certified Power BI Data Analyst Associate (Current or within 12 months of hire). Technical Skills

Proficiency in Python programming, R, and general software development concepts. Strong experience with SQL, Postgres, and Oracle database management. Hands‑on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Solid knowledge of web technologies: React, JavaScript, C#, and Django. Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, Snowflake). Experience with machine learning frameworks and MLOps practices. Understanding of secure coding standards and data protection principles. Ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights. Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for engaging with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications

Experience with additional programming languages or frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering tools. Knowledge of advanced security practices and compliance frameworks. Experience in process automation and workflow optimization.
