Job Summary We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and modules, along with experience in implementing ITSM processes and integrations with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Problem, Change.
Create and manage business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, Flow Designer flows, and Service Portal components.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and manage LDAP/AD syncs.
Perform platform upgrades, patching, Instance Cloning and regression testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain documentation.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and provide technical support.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, XML, and ServiceNow scripting.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management).
Experience with Service Portal development, dashboards, and reporting.
Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and third‑party tools.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
