Sales Engineer / Technical Support Representative / Product Consultant - SaaS Pre-Sales Technical Demos (Austin, TX)
Jolly Technologies Inc is a Silicon Valley‑based software company serving over 40,000 customers, including many Fortune 500 companies. We offer cloud‑hosted SaaS platforms and mobile apps that integrate with these platforms.
We are seeking a technically proficient, excellent communicator with a solid background in customer relations. The role is on‑site in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
Give product demos for sales, product training, and initial setup
Handle inbound technical support calls and emails
Answer product‑related technical questions
Fill out RFI / RFP when needed
File tickets for discovered product issues
Communicate effectively with customers via email, phone, and video calls
Requirements
Exceptional presentation skills
Understand customer needs and present solutions that best solve their problems
Customer‑driven with an adaptable and versatile approach to troubleshooting
History of consistently meeting (and often exceeding) goals and expectations
4+ years of experience supporting SaaS products
Excellent communication and video presentation (Zoom) skills
Strong foundation in OS and Database/Server technology (Windows, Windows Mobile, MS SQL, Oracle, LDAP)
Strong references from previous managers/supervisors
