Key Responsibilities

Journey Design & Development

Build and configure customer journeys and campaigns in AJO (email, SMS, push, in-app).

Implement journey orchestration rules, decision management, and audience targeting logic.

Develop custom actions and events for real-time personalization.

Integration & Data Management

Integrate AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) for data ingestion, segmentation, and activation.

Analytics & Optimization

Use Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and AEP datasets to optimize campaigns.

Configure reports, dashboards, and visualizations for performance tracking.

Compliance & Governance

Ensure data governance, consent management, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, data engineering, and creative teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences.

Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming).

Required Skills

Core Technical Skills

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) – High proficiency.

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).

Adobe Launch for WebSDK implementation.

Strong JavaScript skills; familiarity with HTML/CSS.

Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and data integration.

Preferred Skills

RDBMS/SQL for data handling.

Knowledge of Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target.

Familiarity with offer decisioning and personalization logic.

Certifications (Preferred)

Adobe Certified Expert Journey Optimizer Developer.

Adobe Experience Platform or Real-Time CDP certifications.
