Job Title: Adobe Target / Adobe Analytics Developer (Digital Experimentation & Personalization) Location: Atlanta, GA Role Type: Senior Developer / Consultant Job Description (Tailored for the Candidate) We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target / Adobe Analytics Developer with strong expertise in A/B testing, personalization, tagging, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP). This role involves building and optimizing digital experiences across web and mobile channels, driving experimentation strategies, and delivering actionable analytics for enterprise-scale digital platforms.

The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, advanced JavaScript‑based tagging, and extensive experience implementing and managing digital analytics and personalization frameworks across Fortune 100 organizations.

Key Responsibilities A/B Testing & Personalization

Design, configure, and deploy A/B tests, MVT tests, XT campaigns, and personalized experiences using Adobe Target.

Build experiment workflows and manage experiment lifecycles end‑to‑end.

Collaborate with Marketing, UX, Data Science, and Product teams to convert business hypotheses into testable experiences.

Analytics Implementation & Tagging

Implement and maintain Adobe Analytics solutions, including eVars, props, events, link tracking, form tracking, and funnels.

Build and manage data layers, tracking plans, and solution design documents (SDDs).

Develop tagging solutions using Adobe Launch, GTM, Tealium, and validate data collection using debugging tools.

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

Configure and maintain AEP schemas, datasets, identity graphs, segment definitions, and ingestion pipelines.

Support Real‑Time CDP (RTCDP) activations and orchestrations.

Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) & Reporting

Build dashboards, pathing, attribution models, and behavioral analysis using CJA and Adobe Analytics Workspace.

Partner with analytics teams to deliver meaningful insights from experimentation and personalization data.

JavaScript & Technical Debugging

Write custom JavaScript for experiment logic, DOM manipulations, and analytics instrumentation.

Debug client‑side issues using Chrome DevTools, Adobe Debugger, Omnibug, Charles/Fiddler, Network logs, and Tag Managers.

Journey Orchestration (AJO)

Work with Adobe Journey Optimizer to build segmentation, real‑time journeys, triggers, and orchestrations.

Documentation & Governance

Create and maintain tracking plans, data layer schemas, solution design documents, release notes, and tagging documentation.

Ensure analytics and personalization implementations meet governance and compliance standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Act as a liaison between Development, Analytics, UX, Marketing, and Product teams.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and solution architecture discussions.

Required Skills & Experience

7‑10 years of hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud

Strong experience with:

Adobe Target (A/B, MVT, XT, personalization)

Adobe Analytics implementation

Adobe Launch (DTM)

Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RT‑CDP

Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

Expert‑level debugging with Chrome DevTools, Omnibug, Adobe Debugger, Charles/Fiddler

Advanced JavaScript for tagging & experiment logic

Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, datasets, and ingestion pipelines

Proven experience building solution design documents, data layers, and tagging specifications

Strong communication and cross‑team collaboration skills

Experience delivering analytics and testing solutions for enterprise clients (Finance, Telecom, Healthcare, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Tealium IQ, GTM, or Ensighten

Exposure to personalization engines beyond Target

Experience in digital marketing analytics or CRO

Adobe certifications in Target, Analytics, AEP, or Launch

Background in web performance optimization and front‑end execution
