Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Litigation Attorney based in Pinehurst, NC. The position requires proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal briefs and motions, analyzing legal issues and developing creative solutions for our clients, preparing and conducting depositions, collaborating with clients and opposing counsel, representing our clients in court. We function as a team and our experienced partners are dedicated to the development of our associates.
Qualifications
Ability to prepare and draft Motions and Briefs and conduct legal research.
Experience in handling Motions, Hearings and Trials.
Proficiency in managing Trials and performing Depositions.
Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Bar admission and a license to practice law in the state of North Carolina.
Prior experience in litigation and a strong professional track record is preferred.
