Job Details
Manage a personal caseload with partner oversight
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
Conduct and defend depositions
Attend hearings, inspections, and mediations
Consult with expert witnesses
Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings
Looking For
J.D. and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
Minimum 4+ years of defense litigation experience
Experience with any of the practice areas listed above
Proven ability to manage discovery, motion practice, and client reporting
