Lewis Brisbois
The Las Vegas, NV office of Lewis Brisbois, a full‑service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to work in the Conflicts Department within the Office of General Counsel. The role involves reviewing conflict check reports and identifying, advising, analyzing, and resolving potential conflicts of interest. Attorneys will work directly with colleagues to clear conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals, and other firm hires, ensuring compliance with the firm’s conflicts and risk management policies and procedures. There are no billable hour requirements for this position.

• Work directly with attorneys and hiring managers to clear conflicts in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active member of the Bar in good standing in the State of Nevada.
At least three (3) to ten (10) years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting, or at least three (3) years of experience as a general Conflicts Attorney with one (1) year of cumulative experience related to clearance of lateral hires.
Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive data; excellent verbal and written communication, and strong organizational and analytical skills.
Close attention to detail, collaborative team member, self‑motivated, and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Experience with LawTime and/or Aderant is preferred.
Salary Minimum Salary: USD $110,000.00/Yr.
Maximum Salary: USD $140,000.00/Yr.
