Responsibilities
You will be independently responsible for GC-FID-MS analysis of our essential oils.
You are responsible for the GC devices—this includes maintenance, modifications, and software updates, for example.
You develop new analysis methods or adapt existing methods as needed.
You are responsible for approving raw materials for our production and purchasing departments.
You will deal with chemical issues, collaborate on cross-team projects, and advise our internal and external interfaces.
You will help set up a LIMS in our laboratory and take on the role of administrator on a temporary basis.
Qualifications
You have completed training or a degree in chemistry or a similar field (e.g., CTA, PTA).
You have several years of experience in GC-FID-MS analysis and quality assurance, ideally in the field of essential oils.
You are tech-savvy (both software and hardware) and enjoy learning about new topics.
Ideally, you have experience working with a LIMS.
You work independently and are able to develop and implement strategies and concepts.
You have a good command of spoken and written English.
