**What We Want**The Assistant Director serves as a manager for the Department of Student Activities overseeing Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL). Initiates and implements the strategic direction for the fraternity and sorority community in alignment with the priorities of Student Activities. Provides supervision of staff, community expectations and compliance, programmatic oversight, and management of the operations of FSL. The Fraternity and Sorority Life office provides organizational support, advising, and training to all of Texas A&M’s fraternity and sorority organizations that are officially recognized by a governing council.**What You Need To Know**

**Salary:** $75,624/year**Professional Development:** *May be eligible for up to $3,600/year of departmental funding for professional development opportunities and conference attendance.***Cover Letter/Resumé:** A cover letter and resumé are strongly recommended.
