Responsibilities

Build, test, and deploy emails, SMS, and RCS messages within Klaviyo and supporting platforms. Execute established campaign calendars and lifecycle flows (no strategy or content creation). Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining automated workflows, triggers, and customer journeys. Support the setup, scheduling, and maintenance of recurring sends and automated templates. Help implement and refine segmentation logic for targeted and personalized communications. Conduct QA for all sends and flows, including segmentation, rendering, UTMs, device checks, and logic validation. Support CRM integrations across Klaviyo, Shopify, Zaymo, ReCharge, and other platforms. Assist in setting up and maintaining interactive experiences (e.g., Zaymo quizzes/surveys, custom modules). Requirements

3–5 years of experience in CRM systems management, email marketing operations, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and related integrations required. Strong understanding of email automation, triggers, and segmentation logic. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and report insights. Basic proficiency in HTML and/or CSS for email template troubleshooting and customization. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
