Home Care Business Development & Outreach Specialist , you’ll be the face of our organization—building strategic partnerships, generating referrals, and expanding our presence across the community. If you love networking, sales, public engagement, and helping families access quality care, this role is for you. What You’ll Do:
Lead Local Outreach & Drive Referrals
Develop and execute
outreach and business development strategies
to generate qualified client referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
healthcare providers, senior living communities, rehab centers, discharge planners, case managers, and community organizations .
Identify new partnership opportunities and consistently expand the referral pipeline.
Represent Our Brand in the Community
Attend
networking events, senior expos, events, health fairs, and professional meetings .
Present our services clearly and confidently to decision-makers and influencers.
Position Caring Senior Service as a
trusted and reputable senior care provider .
Collaborate Internally for Smooth Client Experiences
Work closely with the office team to ensure fast follow-up on referrals and inquiries.
Help coordinate seamless onboarding for new clients.
Provide feedback from referral partners to support continuous service improvement.
Track Progress & Achieve Growth Goals
Meet and exceed
monthly referral and outreach goals.
Log interactions and referral activity in our CRM system.
Adjust strategies based on performance and community opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Sales, business development, community outreach, marketing, or partnership-building experience. (Within healthcare or senior care is preferred.)
Proven success in roles with
targets, goals, or KPIs .
Strong public-speaking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-starter mentality—comfortable with autonomy and a field-based role.
Organized and capable of tracking outreach activities digitally.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
$55,000–$60,000 (DOE) +
Commission
