As a

Supply Chain and Logistics Consultant

at

Eaglera , your main role will be to integrate with the business stakeholders of the client, collaborate and integrate with the strategists, process owners, key users and the entire business in a whole to:

Gather and analyze the business' requirements through workshops, brain storming sessions, interviews, observation...

Analyze and assess strategies, policies and processes of the clients' business

Benchmark the strategies, policies and the processes against market, industry and best practices

Spot the bottlenecks, technology barriers, limitations business, needs, the gaps and their impacts

Devise and propose value added strategies, policies and processes for complex or lean business

Associate the business and systems' actions and tasks per business role for each process/step, utilizing the automation

Propose business and technological value-added solutions for optimization/continuous improvement

Formulate and align the consistency and the integrity of the business applications systems, decision making systems, supply chain technologies towards the optimized processes/policies/best practices

Analyze, design and implement interaction and intersection between business actions and systems per business role

Develop the required documentations (Strategies and policies document, Operational manuals, Flow charts of the processes, Blueprints, User Guides,...)

Realize/implement the Blueprint/Design through standardization and/or agility

Conduct and/or Perform the necessary unit, integration, UAT and pilot

Prepare the required training documentations and deliver the orientation/training

Align the required migration of data (Assessing the impact on the processes, preparing data templates and validating with the client the integrity and the consistency of the data) with the processes according to the governance of data

Prepare and align the matrix of authority with data and information security, according to the corporate governance

Support and sustain the operations after launching the process/optimization/system/...

Analyze, detect and proactively solve the issues and perform continuous improvement and/or any required Iterative cycle/s

Your profile

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics (SC&L) domain (hands-on experience for end-user companies and/or business services consultancies)

Fluency in business language and jargons related to SC&L

Best practices of the relevant field of experience

You are very confident with:

Analyzing, benchmarking designing, reengineering, implementing and supporting of Supply Chain and Logistics strategies, policies, processes, systems and operations

SWOT analysis mastering

Aligning the strategy with the policy, process and business applications

Lean processes considering the lead time and controlling criteria

Reverse processes

Deal with complex or lean businesses

Adopting velocity, visibility and minimizing the variability of the processes and data

Orientation by delivering a value added/competitive advantage to the business

Simplifying the solution to cope with lean approach (Business and technology wise)

The integration between financial accounting-costing and SC&L

Decision-making support systems, KPIs and reporting solutions and tools

SOA/SAAS

Data analysis, validation. Integrity, consistency and governance

You possess a deep understanding of information flow within SC&L and agility

You are confident dealing with complicated and complex business environment, strategies, policies and processes

Education and Languages

Bachelor or Master’s degree in business or industrial engineering or equivalent

Fluent in English (both writing and reading)

French, Dutch or any other European language is a big plus

Willing and open to learn other language/s (bonuses are granted to employees for any new language/s they learn during there journey at

Eaglera )

Will and eager to learn and rise in competence on business and technical solutions and systems and on digital subjects in general

Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio...)

Any other technology hands-on exposure is considered a big plus

Ideally

You have senior/medior level of functional competencies in implementing business solutions for SC&L field: ERP, SCM, PLM...

Dealt with business analysis, walkthroughs and demos of business applications for the SC&L domain

Experience in blueprinting (AS-Is and To-Be) digital solutions

Configuration, Testing (Unit, Integration and User Acceptant) and/or Pilot

Final preparation: Role/Process based authorization and Training, Data Migration, Go-live Support

Hands-on experience with ERPs(SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics,...) in Supply Chain & Logistics relevant module/s or solution/s:

Core supply chain (CRM, Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics, SRM, TM, EHS...)

Production Planning and scheduling

Sales and Distribution

Maintenance/Customer Services of Maintenance

Project Systems/Management

Industry specific solutions (Utilities, Retail,...)

WRICEF and Workaround solutions

Decision-making support and reporting systems

Interfaces with 3PL

Data migration tools

Specific process modeling language as UML

SCOR model

Dealing with merging/acquisitions/ management of disastrous or crisis situations

Six-sigma/DMAIC

APICS or Equivalent Certificates or Professional Certificates of business in the relevant area of competency

Key applications and software (such as Mobility solution……….) of supply chain

Cloud solutions, EDI, integration with robotics, AS/RS, machinery, infrared gates and augmented reality

ERP programming language/s

This is the perfect role for someone looking to develop their Supply Chain & Logistics career towards the new digital era.
