The Role The Senior Supply Chain Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of TRACC Supply Chain best practices at client sites, ensuring successful delivery of continuous improvement and operational excellence programs. This role requires deep understanding of the TRACC tools and materials, expertise in lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and end‑to‑end supply chain processes. The Senior Consultant will guide clients through assessments, roadmap development, and implementation, while coaching both client teams and CCi Implementation Coaches to build sustainable internal capability and the delivery of transformational results. This role requires the individual to perform 80% billable work to clients.
1. TRACC Implementation Leadership – full technical onboarding with be provided
Lead comprehensive assessments of TRACC Best Practices and supply chain maturity
Conduct diagnostics, risk analysis, gap identification, and value stream evaluations to inform implementation plans
Translate findings into roadmaps, measurable KPIs, and clear improvement actions
Able to implement core SC TRACC’s/modular solutions (Accelerate, Rapid Deployment, Loss & Waste, Supply Chain Foundations, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management)
Become SME within specific TRACC’s
Develop, in collaboration with client stakeholders, the key deliverables and key performance measures that will serve to gauge the effectiveness of TRACC implementation and fulfillment of customer objectives
Gathering and tracking information of key account metrics, and report on client performance to the Principal
Conduct effective risk analysis of project implementation and objectives, and propose relevant countermeasures
Coach and mentor client teams in developing action plans based on TRACC maturity assessments and coach them through execution to achieve measurable improvements, assessing customer needs on an ongoing basis and adapting action plans as required
Leading project teams of bothCCiand client personnel in the implementation of improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean tools, etc.) to deliver quick wins for clients
Ensure effective deployment of the TRACC methodology—hands‑on, structured, and aligned with client objectives
Leading the implementation of Daily Management Systems (DMS) (Tier structures with routine meetings, visual boards, problem solving)
Delivering Best Practice related training at operator,middleand senior management levels, with the purpose of building the internal capability of the client to support the TRACC implementation
2. Develop Client Relationships Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors
Be aware of both client and CCi objectives and raise any potential risks to clients or escalade client issues to leadership in CCi - Global Supply Chain Director and/or Managing Principal
Provide insights in client implementation and growth. Use of technical skills and knowledge of TRACC (mid/high level) to diagnose customer’s needs and upsell/prescribe consulting solutions, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
3. Learning & Development
Capture and analyze client feedback and transform findings into action plans, collaborate with Solutions to drive client insights and positive change to products
Contribute to CCI knowledge base by reviewing current CCi material and submitting improvement suggestions and assisting with product development when required
Stay up to date with TRACC material, continually reading to ensure knowledge is updated
Pursue continuous professional development in supply chain, lean, and project management disciplines

TECHNICAL SKILLS
Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communications skills
High proficiency working with Microsoft Office suite
Good administrative skill sets
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Expert knowledge in Project Management Tools (MS Project, Visio) is preferred
Experienced Trainer and Facilitator
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field is required
MSc/MBA from an accredited University is highly desired
At least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or Supply Chain operations with Continuous Improvement experience
Lean Six Sigma experience is beneficial
Accredited as TRACC Master Trainer and Master Facilitator (Provided by CCi upon hiring)
