About the Company Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company transforming how organizations manage their workforce using AI. The Role This is a high-impact outbound SDR role for someone who wants to build real sales fundamentals fast. You’ll be responsible for generating pipeline, booking high-quality meetings, and helping expand the company into new industry verticals.

This is not a “spray and pray” SDR seat. You’ll run personalized outbound, build POVs on accounts, and work closely with leadership to refine messaging and targeting.

What You’ll Do

Prospect into target accounts using highly personalized outbound

Run cold calls, emails, and multi-touch sequences to book qualified meetings

Educate founders, executives, and senior leaders on the value of the platform

Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to prioritize accounts and verticals

Build and maintain account-specific POVs and messaging

Convert inbound leads and outbound outreach into qualified opportunities

Consistently hit activity, pipeline, and meeting targets

Keep Salesforce clean and up to date with all prospect activity

Non-Negotiables

1–5 years of professional sales experience

At least 1 year of B2B SaaS sales experience

Proven outbound prospecting experience

Comfortable cold calling and handling objections

High energy, competitive, and self-motivated

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to operate independently and manage your own pipeline

Nice to Have

Experience selling into multiple industry verticals

Prior startup or high-growth company experience

History of being a top performer on an SDR or sales team

Interest in growing into an AE role over time

Compensation Base: $70,000 - $85,000 (flexible for the right person)

Total OTE: $110,000 - $125,000
