At Mosaic, you’ll master your pitch and prospect into industry‑leading firms with a modern, unmatched product and successfully manage and overcome any sales objections.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in expanding Mosaic into new industry verticals. Partnering directly with our CRO, you’ll build and strengthen our pipeline by securing high‑quality meetings across sectors including Digital Agencies, Software Developers, Consultants, and Startups. Your ability to understand these verticals and tailor your approach will be essential to both your success and Mosaic’s day‑to‑day momentum.
Responsibilities
Identify potential market segments and consistently generate strong and qualified leads
Book and oversee product demonstrations, including the preparation of marketing materials and presentations
Collaborate with your manager to set monthly OKRs and develop an action plan to achieve them
Consistently meet and exceed activity metrics, pipeline targets, and performance goal
Partner with Sales and Marketing to prioritize accounts, manage early‑stage opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth
Develop a deep understanding of the way businesses in various industry verticals operate
Become an expert in our space and confidently educate Owners, Executives, and other decision makers about the critical importance of getting the visibility Mosaic offers.
Create, update, and maintain point‑of‑view documents on every target prospective account
Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to target the right accounts, manage opportunities, and drive pipeline and revenue goals
Craft and deliver world‑class cold calls and personalized messages
Achieve qualified meeting and opportunity goals with sales executives and sales operations professionals by converting inbound leads and generating leads from targeted account prospecting
Team with Marketing to run data‑driven lead‑nurturing campaigns
Document all prospect interactions in Salesforce to ensure effective lead management
Prospect leads through carefully crafted email campaigns and cold calls
Working closely with marketing to develop, test, and execute campaigns to drive demand while also determining how best to scale them
Requirements
1‑5 years of professional sales experience, including 1+ year in B2B SaaS
Bachelor's degree is required
Competitive, self‑managed
