Position Summary As a key member of the Learning and Development function within the Nestle+’s (Nestle USA, Nespresso, Nestle Professional, Nestle Health Sciences, Nestle Nutrition, Research and Development, and Quality Assurance) this position’s primary focus is driving Nestle+’s culture and performance through leadership, team, and organizational interventions. This position helps drive the Organization Development (OD) strategy, alongside the Sr. Manager, Learning and Organizational Development, acting as a catalyst for Nestle+ operating companies’ business and talent strategy.

Key Deliverables

Help develop and drive the organization development (OD) strategy across Nestle+ operating companies working in partnership with the Sr. Manager, Learning and Development and other senior stakeholders

Oversee the development and launch of new OD programs for Nestle+, and support execution of on‑going OD programs.

Drive the assessment, diagnosis, development, and delivery of leader and team interventions for HR and business leaders, intact and cross‑functional leadership teams

Co‑design and facilitate Executive‑level OD solutions to meet the needs of the Nestle+ operating companies, including “off‑sites” and workshops

Collaborate with HRBPs (i.e. support intake discussions as well as provide overall guidance/recommendations on solutions) to help guide OD solutions across Nestle +

Leverage assessment tools, survey information, and other analytics to identify development and performance gaps and build solutions to close those gaps – new content development

Identify organizational trends and themes through work across departments, provide insights and identify potential solutions i.e. development of training courses

Primary Responsibilities Organization Development Interventions

Partners with key stakeholder groups to prioritize and deliver OD interventions and activities based on business needs

Identifies, designs, and delivers small‑scale organization development solutions or specific activities that will further support building highly effective leaders and teams

Facilitates workshops and/or focus groups to inform design of OD interventions and elevations

Identifies and informs L&D stakeholders of common themes to better inform Talent and other organization‑wide interventions and programs

Partners closely with other OD and learning counterparts to ensure a fully informed organizational picture of trends

Upskills HR counterparts on OD‑related programs and approaches

Advisory and Coaching

Provide consulting to strategic business units and / or functions as needed

Integrate best‑in‑class and relevant trends into practices

Program Management, Delivery & Execution

Manage new OD programs and external consultants, engaging 3rd party vendors when required

Develop and maintain project plans to develop, execute and sustain activities

Deliver interventions in a variety of formats, including: small and large scale, virtual and in‑person

Assess and monitor effectiveness of activities and initiatives against identified metrics

Requirements And Minimum Education Level

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field

MS/MA/MBA in Organization Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred

Coaching certification/credentials preferred

Certification and experience in different psychometric assessments leveraged for leadership and team development

Position requires up to 10% travel

Experience

5 – 7 years of OD experience preferred

3 – 5 years of learning design and facilitation preferred

Skills

Solid understanding of and ability to apply relevant Organization Development and Learning principles / philosophies in a complex matrixed environment

Excellent interpersonal skills: flexible in collaborations and relationship management (i.e., listening, counseling and coaching, negotiation skills)

Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Effective verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex concepts in business terms

Works well both independently and on cross‑functional project teams while executing large‑scale projects from vision through implementation

Able to influence and lead others without direct supervisory responsibility

Application of relevant individual and team psychometrics and other assessment tools

Strong organizational and/or project management capability

Strong facilitation skills in both small and large group settings, adapting style to variety of audiences – including structured courses and less structured interventions

Experience in time management (e.g., meeting deadlines and resource management) and project management (e.g., change and agile methodologies)

Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and virtual facilitation tools such as Mural and Teams
