Job Description Summary
The Production Supervision will provide direction and assistance to work group in order to meet assigned objectives. You will perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. You will make decisions, apply concepts to issues of moderate complexity, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
Job Description Essential Responsibilities
Direct the work activities of hourly skilled trade employees in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair aircraft engines
Facilitate the hourly workforce by setting clear expectations on production output, EHS compliance, and quality workmanship
Responsible for daily workforce job allocations and shift support coordination
Develop project specific scopes of work, schedule, and manage larger office complex maintenance and repair projects
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work climate with all employees
Assure compliance with all methods to ensure top quality product
Responsible for the implementation and participation of all management initiative
Develop new solutions under guidance and / or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
Works on cross functional teams
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing or Operations/Production Supervisor
A minimum of 3 years experience in Manufacturing or Operations/Production Supervision

The base pay range for this position is $101,000-$120,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on December 19, 2025.
