Job Description You will be the Air Dominance Program Manager for the Air Dominance Program Management Team. Our team is responsible for delivering world‑class air‑dominance capabilities through integrated hardware development and test execution.
What You Will Be Doing As the Air Dominance Program Manager you will be responsible for driving cost, technical, and schedule performance of subsystem and system‑level qualification projects on the EMD contract.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
Manage cost, technical, and schedule performance of hardware qualification projects.
Lead the Integration and Test IPT, ensuring program objectives are met on time and within budget.
Identify barriers and risks, and develop mitigation or opportunity plans.
Coordinate activities across the Air Dominance portfolio, managing inter‑contract dependencies.
Provide day‑to‑day guidance and decision‑making to sustain hardware development momentum.

Experience with missile systems & sub‑systems design, qualification and integration
Experience with Development Programs
Experience with Earned Value Management
Knowledge of program and financial measurements (orders, sales, EBIT and cash)
Knowledge of DoD contract types (CPFF, FFP, CPIF, etc.)
Demonstrated track record of delivering results in fluid or ambiguous situations
