Peer Services Coordinator , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
Incorporate the Trans-Theoretical Model of Behavior Change, as applicable, into all aspects of supervision and direct outreach activities.
Address program vacancies or expansion by conducting interviews, obtaining references and completing other assigned tasks related to the hiring process.
Provide orientation and training to all new and existing staff as needed.
Conduct case specific and non-case specific supervision with assigned staff as per agency frequency requirements.
Conduct individual and team supervision meetings, based on site configuration, per agency frequency requirements.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Subject to call
Qualifications
2 years/ Associate Degree in related field
3-5 years experience
CRPA designation
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
