As the Child Care Business Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in individuals\' lives, making a significant impact through:

Responsibilities

Support and establish goals for provider Child Care Management System, onboarding and ongoing engagement with CCMS, ensuring provider use of key system functions.

Schedule, plan, and facilitate network membership meetings.

Assist in planning and implementation of special projects within the Child Care Team.

Support providers in implementing HR best practices, including job descriptions, onboarding, timekeeping, payroll, and retention strategies.

Salary: Minimum $22 per hour; Maximum $22 per hour

Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday. MTWF 8:30-4:00 PM, Thurs 8:30-6:30 PM

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in early childhood development or related field

1 to 3 years child care experience
