Essential Functions You’ll Own
Operational Excellence
Master smooth operations, ensuring every order is perfect and every corner of the restaurant is neat, clean, and organized.
Revenue Optimization
Manage staffing, control costs, handle inventory, and maintain high standards of food safety while ensuring the restaurant runs efficiently and profitably.
Culture Keeper
Set the tone for the restaurant, creating a vibrant, positive atmosphere where your team thrives.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
2+ years as a Restaurant General Manager with a proven record of success.
Education
A high school diploma is preferred, but leadership, passion, and drive matter most.
Lead & Inspire
Motivate and empower your team to be their best.
Guest Champion
Go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.
Results‑Driven
Focus on driving sales, boosting profitability, and staying detail‑oriented in a fast‑paced environment.
Problem Solver
Quick on feet, solving challenges and finding solutions, not assigning blame.
You will be expected to be on your feet for up to 10 hours without break and lift up to 50 pounds when needed. You must be able to bend and twist frequently.
