We are looking to onboard experienced
Business Analysts
to support key
regulatory
and risk initiatives. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving change across complex programmes, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s strategic goals and regulatory obligations.
Partner with delivery teams and subject matter experts to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications in collaboration with IT teams.
Analyse complex data sets to extract insights and support decision-making.
Oversee implementation activities with a focus on accelerating benefits and minimizing risks.
Ensure programme delivery aligns with the Bank’s Change Framework and governance standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to influence and drive change.
Champion governance and ensure end-to-end delivery of initiatives.
Identify gaps and support the transition to target operating models.
Develop roadmaps for process, workflow, and control enhancements.
Act as a liaison between product, technology, and business teams.
Lead change management activities, including readiness assessments and adoption tracking.
Solid understanding of change delivery lifecycles and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile).
Proven experience in business analysis and customer-centric digital product delivery.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in tools such as
MS Office ,
Confluence , and
Jira .
