Sales Development Associate (SDA)
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Associate (SDA) to join our New York office. In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth by efficiently identifying, sourcing, and qualifying new business opportunities and potential clients. Your primary focus will be on the front-end of the sales cycle: generating new client leads and securing initial commercial engagements. Responsibilities
Strategic Business Sourcing:
Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies (cold calls, email campaigns, social selling) to identify, target, and engage potential clients who would benefit from our services (specifically within the Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem, or similar technology area). Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
Conduct initial discovery and qualification calls with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and buying intent, effectively moving leads through the sales funnel. Pipeline Generation:
Consistently meet and exceed individual targets for new business sourced, qualified meetings booked, and contribution to the overall sales pipeline. Market Intelligence:
Become a subject matter expert on industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific pain points of prospective clients, leveraging this knowledge to craft compelling outreach. Client Relationship Initiation:
Build and maintain strong initial professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies, setting the stage for the Account Executive team. Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience
in a sales-focused role, with a strong preference for experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or a related commercial role in the technology or IT sector. Proven track record of success
in generating new business leads, cold outreach, and consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets (e.g., booked meetings, qualified opportunities). Demonstrated ability to excel independently
in a fast-paced, performance-driven, and metrics-focused sales environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills , particularly the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively over the phone and via email. High degree of organization
and experience utilizing CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads and sales activity. What We Offer
