Establish a compelling product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's mission and strategic goals
Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives

Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to optimize the client experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, focusing on web applications or client portals in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., ADO, JIRA, Trello)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
