Lead Fulfillment & Logistics Planner at GE Vernova
Manage transportation and logistics of goods and services to internal and external customers and suppliers. Lead planning and execution of professional activities within a technical discipline while operating with some autonomy under established policies.
Responsibilities
Collaborate across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Project Management to reconcile component lines of balance with wind turbine demand.
Oversee material allocation and logistical activities to support wind turbine deliveries and maintain the North America Allocation Model file.
Provide guidance to Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure optimal fulfillment of project demand.
Identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance logistics processes.
Maintain key performance indicators and develop Supply Chain tools to optimize business strategies.
Create dashboards, automate, and optimize Supply Chain tools for efficient business operations.
Perform value stream mapping and use data/visual analytics to develop a digital platform for the Allocation Model.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Data Analytics.
Three (3) years of experience in Supply Chain, Materials Planning, Project Management, Logistics Planning, or a combination thereof.
Master’s degree and One (1) year of experience can replace a Bachelor’s degree for eligibility.
Proficiency with large data sets using MS Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Visual Basic for Applications.
Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or other MRP or ERP software.
Strong analytical skills for performance optimization, decision modeling, and scenario analysis.
100% remote position; candidate may live anywhere in the continental U.S.
