Office Manager & Operations / Quoting Coordinator Join to apply for the Office Manager & Operations / Quoting Coordinator role at Light and Green. This position covers maternity leave with potential for permanent hire, located in Los Angeles with a hybrid option possible.

Responsibilities:

Daily office management and administrative operations

Hands‑on work with QuickBooks: invoicing, payments, vendors, and customers

Preparing price quotes for clients and the sales team

Tracking quotes, orders, and follow‑ups

Operational and project support

Coordination with vendors, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager / Administrator / Operations role

Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks

Experience preparing quotes and working with numbers

High‑level English (written and spoken)

Highly organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented

Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in lighting, construction, design, or manufacturing industries

Experience with CRM or ERP systems

Strong operational mindset

Position Details:

Full‑time position
