Job Overview
Rouse Trucking is hiring experienced CDL‑A regional drivers. If you're looking for a route that offers steady freight, home time, and reliable equipment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Deliver consistent miles with no‑touch freight.
Operate a Kenworth T680 automatic truck equipped with Smart Idle system, 1,500‑watt inverter, double bunks and bunk heater.
Maintain equipment and report any service needs (trucks serviced every six months).
Follow schedules: 7‑9 days on the road with one full day off for every seven days out.
Qualifications
Valid CDL‑A license with regional driving experience.
Good safety record and reliable work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly pay: $1,315 to $1,515.
Accessorial pay, detention pay, layover pay, and holiday pay.
United Healthcare after 60 days.
401(k) with Fidelity match after 90 days.
Orientation: three days, travel covered via rental car, Greyhound, hotel, or Uber as needed.
Home Time You’ll be on the road 7‑9 days and earn one full day off for each seven days out. Your time off starts the day after you return home.
