What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive project delivery by managing schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring accountability for delivery dates
Maintain project health in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and identification of blockers
Own the documentation lifecycle, creating and organizing process documents for team members and stakeholders
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating updates and progress
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and support basic data-related tasks to enhance team productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Management support role within a technical environment
Proficiency in Jira and documentation tools such as Confluence or Google Docs
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to communicate effectively with engineers
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working in a Data Operations or Analytics environment
Demonstrated ability to push projects from "in progress" to "done" with a focus on delivery
Proven self-reliance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
