Overview
Digital Marketing Analytics, Analyst II at Credit One Bank is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing programs that effectively drive new credit card customer acquisitions across a variety of digital channels. The role leverages strong analytical skills to manage and optimize digital channel performance, focusing on scaling and strengthening affiliate and aggregator partnerships. It assists in overseeing all campaign phases, from strategic development and launch to in-depth reporting, data analysis, and optimization. The position reports to the Vice President Digital Marketing. Responsibilities
Assist in setting and executing marketing strategy and operations, including comprehensive management of affiliate networks, strategic partnerships, and digital channels. Identify and implement opportunities to enhance digital program performance, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to cultivate new growth opportunities and optimize ROI. Manage relationships with key affiliate agencies, strategic partners, and aggregators, overseeing their execution of digital marketing projects and data‑sharing priorities. Conduct thorough competitive intelligence analysis, utilizing data to identify competitive advantages in channels, products, promotions, and application flows to strategically impact our programs. Assist in the design, implementation, reporting, and analysis of A/B testing on digital channels. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired and at least 3 years of experience in related digital marketing, business development, or analytics. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical reporting and partner negotiations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive the evolution of a program through the rigorous application of data insights and analysis. Proficiency using SAS, SQL, or Python to query large data sets efficiently. Ability to tell a meaningful story rooted in data‑based insights to influence stakeholders and drive decisions. Experience driving campaigns from concept through to execution, analysis, and data‑backed post‑campaign optimization. Ability to balance and move forward with several competing initiatives and priorities. About Credit One Bank
