Digital Marketing Analyst The Digital Marketing Analyst will work closely with various departments throughout the organization to directly support business and hospitality initiatives. The role will support strategic implementation and optimization of paid digital efforts and campaigns across various marketing channels including paid search, programmatic display, paid social, affiliate, influencer, online video ads, and more. This role will help leverage digital media to achieve and exceed Global Rental Operations business objectives and partners with business groups across the organization to deliver against key drivers such as booking generation, rewards member prospecting/retention, and overall brand awareness. The analyst will maintain a close partnership with our digital marketing agency as well as teams such as campaign management, social, brand, creative, SEO/AEO, and analytics.

Paid Digital Media Strategic Execution

Support Digital Marketing Managers through strategy implementation and day‑to‑day execution of digital paid media programs across key enterprise brands for paid search, programmatic display, paid social, affiliate, influencer, and online video ads to meet business KPIs;

Facilitate the build, launch, and campaign delivery across all applicable channels including paid search, programmatic mobile & display, paid social media, native and online video ads;

Partner and collaborate with internal business teams (marketing, analytics, creative) and our digital marketing agency to deploy and evolve programs based on changing business needs and objectives;

Execute and facilitate execution of campaigns on Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) and paid social platforms through daily campaign monitoring, bidding methodologies, optimization strategies, campaign insights, adjusting pacing, and controlling inventory quality using ad fraud and brand safety levers to ensure all KPIs are met (delivery, performance, revenue goals, etc.);

Build and foster strong relationships with media partners and vendors ensuring optimal campaign set‑up, competitive media pricing, exclusive placements, ongoing performance improvements and adherence to insertion order T&Cs.

Paid Digital Media Strategic Optimization

Facilitate research and analysis to aid in identifying optimal media channel mix, platforms, and partners for campaign execution;

Support routine campaign account audits, ensuring programs maintain executional excellence in all facets: campaign creative, campaign structure and strategy, audience targeting, keyword strategy, tracking, and tagging infrastructure;

Leverage marketing automation tools to develop efficiencies and improvements within digital marketing programs;

Evaluate and employ evolving trends, technologies, and procedures in the digital space to improve paid media performance.

Paid Digital Media Performance Reporting

Continuously monitor digital campaign performance results in conjunction with our digital marketing agency to determine what is working and what can be improved;

Work closely with the analytics team, manager, and our digital marketing agency to identify key drivers of engagement and conversion and ensure KPIs are embedded within campaign strategy;

Successfully leverage and analyze reports and dashboards to uncover performance trends and develop actionable insights to enhance digital marketing programs;

Present key insights and findings that effectively highlight campaign results and recommendations for future campaign success.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, hospitality, or related field (required);

Four years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing (required);

Experience supporting paid digital media programs across channels including paid search, programmatic display, paid social, affiliate, influencer, and online video advertising;

Hands‑on experience executing and optimizing paid media campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic DSPs;

Experience managing day‑to‑day execution of paid media campaigns, including campaign set‑up, quality assurance, pacing adjustments, bid strategy optimization, and performance monitoring;

Knowledge of audience targeting, keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign structure best practices across paid media platforms;

Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing dashboards, campaign reports, and performance datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and formulate optimization recommendations;

Experience conducting competitive analyses, platform research, and partner evaluations to determine optimal media channel mix and campaign opportunities;

Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams (analytics, creative, brand, SEO/AEO, social) and external agency partners; and

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present performance summaries and optimization strategies to cross‑functional teams;

Experience working within affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, and Rokt, and influencer platforms/tools;

Experience using Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio for performance reporting, insights development, and KPI tracking;

Experience working with data visualization dashboards, campaign reporting interfaces, and agency‑delivered reports;

Familiarity with on‑site analytics tools such as Quantum Metric (plus);

Understanding of tracking, conversion pixels, UTM tagging, and media measurement frameworks;

Experience conducting digital media audits or campaign quality assessments (plus);

Experience working on campaigns that cross multiple channels including direct marketing, online media placement, telemarketing, email, web, mobile, social, and print/offline materials;

Experience working in or with cross‑functional teams (analytics, creative, brand, SEO/AEO, social);

Experience partnering with or managing external media agencies, vendors, or platform partners (preferred);

Experience supporting digital media strategies aimed at driving conversions, bookings, prospecting, retention, and brand awareness;

Hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industry experience (preferred).

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
