Plato is entering one of the largest untapped markets in B2B software - wholesale distribution - and pipeline is the engine that powers our growth . As Growth Manager , you become the first touchpoint for future customers and a critical force in scaling our go-to-market motion. You will blend modern, AI-powered prospecting with classic outbound discipline to open doors, book demos, and create demand in an industry ready for transformation. This is not a traditional SDR role. You’ll own experiments, automate GTM workflows, shape messaging, and help define how an entire industry discovers and adopts AI. Pipeline & Lead Generation: Own the top of the funnel: identify, qualify, and convert new leads across Germany and Europe. Drive outbound motions through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and account-based targeting . Book high-quality demos for our founders and AEs. AI-Powered Prospecting & Automation: Build and refine AI workflows that scale outreach, personalize messaging, and accelerate research. Experiment with automations across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and multi-channel campaigns. Share best practices and help make Plato’s GTM team truly AI-native. Campaigns, Research & Messaging: Conduct deep market research to map accounts, identify ICPs, and spot high-probability opportunities. Create sharp messaging, call scripts, and templates that resonate with owners and executives in wholesale. Support account-based marketing efforts with tailored outreach, micro-campaigns, and persona-specific angles. Growth Experiments & GTM Collaboration: Test and optimize new outbound tactics, channels, and workflows. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and the Founders to refine ICP, value propositions, and sequencing. Provide structured feedback loops that improve our product and commercial strategy. Sales Excellence: Maintain laser-sharp CRM hygiene, lead qualification, and pipeline tracking. Learn and apply consultative sales skills to identify needs and articulate ROI. Become an expert on Plato’s product and the wholesale sector to elevate every customer conversation. What You Bring Along

Must-Haves Strong motivation to work customer-facing, overcome objections, and create opportunities from scratch. A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset - you enjoy figuring things out, testing ideas, and building from zero. Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in AI, automation, and modern B2B software. High resilience, ownership, and drive - you move fast and don’t get discouraged easily. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (native) and fluent English. Nice-to-Haves Some experience in B2B SaaS, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Familiarity with cold calling, outbound sequences, CRM tools, or sales automation platforms.
