Pay Range $32.45 – $48.70

Job Summary Under administrative review, performs management level work directed toward the planning, implementation and coordination of one or more major programs for an association, non‑profit or similar organization. Provides analysis, financial accounting, team facilitation and recommendations to ensure timely project completion and compliance with sponsor requirements.

Education / Experience Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination. Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred. Three years’ experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Essential Functions

Manages and oversees the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of major projects, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Implements operational policies and procedures related to the program’s functioning.

Prepares periodic analyses and reports reflecting progress and trends of ongoing projects/programs, identifying potential issues and risks, and making improvement recommendations.

Tracks, evaluates, and interprets collected financial data; manages preparation of progress and quality‑control reports; participates in study data analysis and sponsor reporting.

Assists in administration of the departmental budget, tracking expenditures and performing financial tasks.

Assumes responsibility for program outcomes, assists and supervises support personnel, and manages data for quality reporting and operational initiatives.

Provides guidance to others, designs forms, newsletters, web pages and other tools to ensure project success.

Serves as program liaison, spokesperson, and representative.

Arranges and facilitates team meetings, attends meetings with staff and faculty, and promotes a cooperative work environment.

Ensures projects comply with sponsor requirements, study contracts, timelines, regulatory and institutional guidelines.

Skills / Qualifications

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Previous supervisory experience.

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners across departments.

Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.

Proficient PC background in spreadsheets, database systems and presentation packages.

Skilled problem solver who can work independently.

Ability to manage special projects, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Customer‑service orientation.

Strong presentation skills to persuade and influence diverse clientele.

Base compensation within the listed pay range, based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training.
