What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Establish and communicate a clear product vision for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's mission and strategic goals
Develop and prioritize a product roadmap based on client needs, market trends, and business objectives
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality features tailored to diverse client needs
Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder feedback
Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to guide strategic decisions and optimize client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
8+ years of experience in product management, particularly in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that enhance client engagement
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools and techniques to measure product performance
