What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain a compelling product vision and roadmap for the Client Portal that aligns with the employer's strategic goals
Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leaders, to gather insights and prioritize features based on client needs and market trends
Work with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality features for clients
Manage the product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and business objectives
Conduct analyses of product performance metrics and user feedback to drive strategic decision-making and enhance client experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of experience in product management, preferably in web applications or client portals within the insurance or financial services sector
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
Previous experience in an insurance agency or brokerage is essential
Proven track record of delivering successful digital products that engage clients effectively
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as ADO, JIRA, or Trello
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
Understanding of web development technologies and frameworks
Experience with data analytics tools to measure product performance
